1. Acceptance

By visiting rapidrescuesvc.com or booking plumbing services through any channel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Site or scheduling services.

2. Scope of Services

Rapid Rescue provides residential plumbing, rooter, drain, sewer-line and emergency services in and around Glendora, California. We operate 24/7 for urgent requests.

3. Quotes, Estimates & Booking

• Free estimates may be requested online, by phone or email. Quotes delivered in person or by phone are non-binding until confirmed in writing.
• Online scheduling is subject to technician availability; actual arrival windows may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or prior emergencies.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe, unobstructed access to the service area (including crawl spaces, attics, shut-off valves and electrical panels).
• Ensure pets and minors are secured away from the work zone.
• Disclose known hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead pipes).

5. Pricing & Payment

• Prices quoted exclude city permit fees, unforeseen conditions (e.g., hidden leaks, code violations) and after-hours premiums.
• Payment is due upon substantial completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, checks or electronic transfer.
• Past-due balances accrue 1.5 % interest per month (18 % APR) or the maximum allowed by law.

6. Limited Warranty

We warrant our labor for 12 months and parts per manufacturer terms. Warranty is void if: (a) a third party alters our work; (b) the plumbing system is misused; or (c) external events (earthquake, flooding, etc.) cause damage. Warranty remedies are limited to repair or replacement of our workmanship.

7. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, services and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted Site availability or that online forms will be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Rescue will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of Site use or plumbing work. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including logos, photos, copy and service descriptions—is Rapid Rescue property or used under license. You may not reproduce or distribute it without written permission.

10. Prohibited Site Uses

You must not (a) scrape or data-mine our pages; (b) upload malware; (c) impersonate Rapid Rescue staff; or (d) attempt to disrupt servers.

11. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party sites (e.g., Yelp, payment processors) are provided for convenience. Rapid Rescue is not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration in Los Angeles County under AAA Consumer Rules. You waive any right to class-action litigation.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.” Continued Site use after changes constitutes acceptance.
